3. Introduction to common functions
3.1 Searching for orders
step 1: Search for an order number in the "Order Number Search Box" in the "Orders" screen
step 2: Select the results of the matching order
3.2 Viewing order details
Tab 🏷1: order number and date of order, and order status (payment status and fulfilment status etc.)

3.3 Editing orders
3.3.1 Change SKU
step 1: Go to the order details page, click "Edit" to enter the editing interface
step 2: Search for the SKU you want to add in the search box of tab 🏷1
The label 🏷2 box allows you to adjust the number of original products in the order
step 3: Select the product you want to add (size/colour/stock/price etc.)
3.3.2 Cancelling an order
step 1: Click on "refund" in the order details page
step 2: In the Refund screen, tick the number of products, fill in the reason for the figure and click "Refund".
3.4 Order creation
step 1: Go to the "Drafts" screen and create the order "Create order".
step 2: Search for SKU in tag 🏷1 box, enter customer name in tag 🏷2 box (provided the customer has placed an order or created a new customer profile)
step 3: Select the correct product, "Add"
step 5: If you need to add a discount, "Add discount" in tab 🏷1
and then "Send invoice" for the customer to pay
