Order Information Questions
When a customer has purchased a product and has a question about the order, such as a cost inclusion item, please do the following.
- 1. Collect the customer's order number and classify the case as follows

Problem description | Brief description of the problem encountered by the client |
2. Reply to the customer via Eccang or Shopify with a reference to the order details.
