FBM Shipping (FBM: Fulfilled by Merchant)
Scenario 1: Customer's shipping address is not reachable and the parcel is returned - after verifying the logistics information, let the customer provide a new receiving address and offer a replacement/a full refund
Scenario 2: The customer is not at home and the parcel is returned --- after verifying the logistics information, ask the customer whether he is at home in the near future and provide a replacement/refund of the full refund solution
Scenario 3: the parcel is sent to the wrong facility, the parcel is returned --- after verifying the logistics information, provide a replacement/full refund solution
Scenario 4: the parcel is damaged in transit and is returned - after verifying the logistics information, provide a full refund/replacement solution
Scenario 5: the parcel is oversized, the logistics company does not deliver and the parcel is returned - after verifying the logistics information, provide a refund/replacement solution (change a logistics company when the package is processing and is going to be shipped out)
Note: If the Amazon order, such as: 111-1112344-2334567 shipped by FBM, in accordance with the FBA logistics return processing.

FBA orders: logistics problems can basically advise customers to contact Amazon customer service directly to solve the problem (FBA can provide you with a high standard of warehousing, picking, packaging, distribution, customer service and returns and other services to achieve a true "one-stop" export)
Note: If the order is ordered on website directly #FZ****, it will be shipped through multiple channels and will be dealt with according to FBM logistics returns.
