How to order replacement parts(for missing&wrong parts)Updated 3 years ago

firstly confirm the ERP of the product:

second step:

circle the missing part/replacement part on the instructions

thirdly, confirm the ERP of the missing part/replacement part

scenario one:  the missing/replacement part cannot be purchased elsewhere. 

confirm whether it is in stock 1. if it is available, as the above picture shows, fill in the cx information(name, phone number, detailed address) and then save it, and we will check. Cx will receive that part in 4-7 days after submitting it.

2. if it is out of stock, we can only order these parts from the manufacturer,

and it will take one month for the package to arrive. (we can offer a $15 refund as compensation)

scenario two: the missing/replacement part can be purchased on Amazon like screws, wooden pins, and castors. Buy them from Amazon for the cx since it will be quicker in delivery.


1. confirm the specification, (such as M6x10 screws) and the quantity cx needs (like 12).

2. fill in the right column

pay attention to:

a. if you arrange sth from the factory and the status shows failedit means that you can not arrange it from the factory, and you need to check if it is in stock in the warehouse.

b. if the replacement desktop is unavailable, we can not arrange it from the factory as the long-distance delivery will destroy the desktop.
