Scenario 1 Order number provided.

Find any ticket in Gorgias and enter the order number in the right column to see the order status. This can be done by following the steps shown in the figure below.

Step3: you can see the order details and shipping status here

 Step 4: After replying to the customer's inquiry in chat, you must delete the order information in the ticket that Gorgias just checked.


Scenario 2 The customer is unable to provide an order number and needs to provide the 

customer with the email number or billing address name used to place the order

Step 1: Select "Customers" on the left side of Gorgias

Step 2: Find the search bar

Step 3: Enter the email number or billing address name used to place the order in the search box

Searched via email address:

Searched via the name of the billing address

Step 4: You can check all the order information under this customer's name

Step 5: For a single multi-product case click on the tracking URL to see the specific products in each tracking information
