When a customer inquires about functionality, such as setting up anti-collision mechanisms, memory keys, etc., please do the following.

Other/operational issues

Three-level classification

Brief description of the client's enquiry

 

2. Refer to the manual on the right hand side of Gorgias and send the manual or informative message to the customer (if there is no manual pop-up, please contact Li Yu to add it)
