Code Meaning

Prompt for mechanical reset

Abnormal connection of the hand control/control box to the table leg

Detected (dual motor) inconsistency in height between the two table legs

Bounce protection activated when blocked in operation

Abnormal communication between the hand control and the table leg

Solution1

Mechanical reset (Reset)

1. Stand for 20 minutes or more with power off

2. Check the wiring & interface of the table leg cable, hand control connection cable and extension cable

--If any damage is found, replace the corresponding parts directly

3. Reconnect all wiring and perform a manual reset

Mechanical reset (Reset)

1. Remove obstructions from the table and under the table (pay attention to power cables and extension cords interfering)

2. Manual reset

1. Stand for more than 20 minutes without power

2. Reconnect all wiring and reset mechanically (Reset)

Solution2

1. If it changes to other fault codes, refer to other fault code solutions

2. If E-1 remains unchanged

--Replacement of hand control/control box

1. The table leg does not move - reissue the hand control

2. One-sided lifting occurs - ask the customer to cross-check (swapping) and reissue the hand control or table leg according to the cross-check result

Ask the customer to cross-check (swapping)

Re-issue hand controls or table legs based on cross-validation results

1. Adjust the collision sensitivity value, (range 1 to 30) up from the existing one.
