1. Introduction
The order management system is used to view order information. For example, order number, corresponding product name (ERP SKU/platform SKU/store name), purchase date, purchase quantity, delivery information (delivery channel/carrier/progress status), etc. We often use it to confirm the customer's purchase information, to intercept and adjust the order for the customer, etc. 2.

2. Commonly used functions
> View Order Information
The following are the order inquiry channels for the four platforms, click on them to view the order information of different platforms.
Take an Amazon order as an example: the order details can be viewed by doing the following
Note: The delivery channel can be referred to as "Shipping Warehouse or Warehouse Delivery". For FBA delivery orders, the warehouse has the word FBA, and all other orders belong to FBM delivery.
> Order Adjustment: When a customer's order has not yet started delivery, we can assist the customer to adjust the order through Easy Warehouse. (This operation is only available for Amazon & Shopify orders, the following is an example of an Amazon order)
Change of address or change of SKU When an order is in the "Pending Shipping Review" section, please follow steps 1 - 4.
Finally, move the order to "Pending Shipping Review" and cancel the customer service note to complete the order modification.
When the order is in the "to be shipped" section, please follow steps 1-4.
Cancellation of order When an order is in the "Pending Delivery Review" section or "Pending Delivery": please follow steps 1-2.
Modify shipping time: check order status, "freeze" "cut off" for undelivered orders
