Chatra is the online chat tool currently used by shopify. The features of the tool are described below https://chatra.com/help/
Tag 🏷1: Set account status
Offline: An offline status where the customer is not visible to the online channel on the front end of the website. When all customers are offline, the website's online communication channels are closed and customers cannot communicate online.
Online: Online status, the customer will not see the customer service in the online channels on the front end of the website
Invisible: means online and the online communication channel is visible, but the customer cannot see the customer service.
