Cancellation of orders

 

In response to a request to amend an order, the first step is to check the status of the order at eCura.

 

Generally speaking, the normal order flow includes pending, pending and shipped status. In addition, common abnormal order statuses include frozen, problematic and abandoned.

"Shipped" or "To be shipped" order cut-off failed

Orders have been issued and cannot be cancelled. If you insist that you do not want it, return it for processing after receiving it, the return process is attached.

Change of address due to strong disagreement/moving house etc. cannot be picked up at the original address - try logistics cut-off: intercept or change of address

Successful - parcel returned to overseas warehouse for refund. end

Failure - advise that we have tried to communicate with the courier company but have failed. Advise the customer to collect from the original address or call the courier company.

Amazon platform processing, customer service can not intervene in the operation

 

FBM shipment. 

 

Case1:When a customer submits an application to cancel an order through the Amazon platform, message will have "accept" & "reject" options, check the status of the order in the easy warehouse (refer to [independent station - FEZiBO]) Steps), click "accept" or "reject".

 

Case2:email or direct message from the customer to cancel the order, handle in the same way as [Independent Station].
