Add-on demand

The demand for additional products is the demand for accessories or parts after the customer has already purchased the relevant product from the company (very few have no history of purchase)

The process of purchasing accessories at the customer's expense is as follows

1. according to the customer's needs, identify the accessories that the customer wants to buy through the product style, manual, etc., and try to find the corresponding SKU in the accessories visualisation.

2. If the SKU can be found, confirm whether there is a link to buy the SKU (at the end of the line): if there is a link, send it to the customer directly; no link email@Silver.Li Li Mengmeng to generates a link to buy.

3. If the SKU cannot be found, it means that there is most likely no ERPSKU for that accessory; send email @Shannbo.Sheng to generate SKU. After generating the SKU, email @Silver.Li Li Mengmeng generates the payment link.

4. After the above steps are completed, if the overseas warehouse is in stock, the whole shipment will automatically go through. For accessories that are not in stock in the overseas warehouse and need to go to the factory for replenishment, confirm the corresponding standalone order number after the customer has taken the link to pay. When the factory completes the shipping operation, send Logistics Orders@Silver.Li will complete the loop for the standalone order corresponding to the payment link.

Note:

1. the independent station payment link must be corresponding to the order country, for example: the UK customer's additional demand, shoot the payment link is the UK station.
