Shopify orders (standalone orders) Tax issues --- Standalone orders #FZ****, #FZ-DE****, #FZ-UK****, #FZ-FR****......

 

Customer asks if the order is tax free (if no tax free certificate is provided) --- need to ask customer to provide tax free certificate and order number

 

For overseas customers: transfer to the corresponding customer service specialist

 

For domestic customers: Ask Wanda Wu to verify whether the tax exemption is available

 

If yes, give the customer a tax refund and the case is completed 

 

If not, inform the customer of the reason why not, case closed

 

 

 

Amazon orders Tax issues

 

Amazon orders cannot be refunded, customer service cannot intervene, it is decided by the platform, you can let the customer contact Amazon directly.

 

 

 

Wayfair orders Tax problems

 

Tell the customer to go directly to the platform. We are a supplier. Everything else is a matter between wayfair and the customer.

 

 

 

Walmart orders Tax issues

 

Tell the customer to go directly to the platform. We don't collect the tax, we are paid after the platform has processed the tax.
