Solutions - Other functional issues

Scope: Functional problems not covered in other articles that are covered in the fault level 3 classification.

Characteristics: The cause of the fault is relatively straightforward and the final solution can be given directly after confirming the phenomenon.

Problems & solutions：

1. Hand controller digital display mutilated, normal lift

Replace the hand controller (with control box products, also only replace the hand controller).

2. Individual keys of the hand controller are not working

Replace the hand control (with control box products, also replace the hand control).

3. Adaptor failure

If the adapter light does not light up, etc., confirm that the problem cannot be solved after replacing the power socket, replace the adapter.

4. Hand control with digital display, not lift

Replace the hand control/control box.

5. Cannot lift to memory position

Refer to the article on restricted lifting height.

6. Hand controller USB port can not be charged

First confirm the charging product model used by the customer, the total charging power supported by the current hand controller products is 5V 2A, and products with power exceeding this range cannot be charged (e.g. most laptops).

JCH/MDW old version of the hand controller can not charge Apple products (non-power reasons), this exception occurs need to replace the new version of the hand controller (JCH: A03.21.00.1699).

7. LOC function cannot be switched off (child lock)

Currently only for the old version of JCH hand controller has this exception, need to replace the new version of the controller (A03.21.00.1699).
