Limited lifting height
1. Definition
A table that has been unknowingly set by the customer with an up/down limit that causes the table to rise or descend to the height of the limit and then not continue to rise or descend.
This is often described as the inability to raise or lower beyond a certain height, the inability to reach a memory position, etc.
2. Treatment options
Refer to the operating instructions in each product manual and provide the customer with instructions on how to release the upper and lower limits.
