Lift noise
1. Definition
It is a noise during the lifting process, which is >50 dB (about the level of a normal conversation) according to current product implementation standards.
A "click" from the hand control at the moment of start-up, or the sound of the motor during normal lifting and lowering are not part of the noise category.
2. Processing logic
- ① locate the source of the noise → ② analyse the cause of the noise → ③ provide a solution
Sources of noise | Cause of occurrence | Solutions | Remarks |
Hand controller | Internal short circuit | Replacement of hand controls | Keeps rattling after power on |
Table leg motors | Loose motor | 1. Reinforce the motor fixing screws 2. Replace the motor table legs 3. Replace the motor (HEZ glass table) | Commonly found in single motor products, with occasional motor vibration |
Table legs | Broken internal gears/insufficiently oiled inner tubes | Replace the corresponding table leg | / |
Drive rod connection | Drive rod not connected properly | Reconnecting the drive rod | Abnormal rotation of common drive rods |
