Request a gift/fridge sticker

The packaging of the products we send to our customers comes with a small gift of a fridge sticker with a note on the gift: post a message @FEZIBO on Facebook or Ins with the fridge sticker and contact us to receive a mystery gift.

 

So when a customer inquires about this kind of thing, please do the following.

 

  • 1. Categorize the case as follows.

 

Case Categories

Level 1 Classification

Other/operational issues

Secondary Classification

Asking for gifts

Three-level classification

Request a gift/fridge sticker

Problem description

Brief description of the problem encountered by the client

 

2. Confirm the product purchased by the customer and perform the following actions.

 

① If the customer buys a whole table, the gift will be a balancing cushion (if the customer already has a balancing cushion, consider sending a 20 dollar e-gift card)

 

②If the customer buys a frame, the gift will be a 10 dollar gift card.

 

③If the customer buys a balancing cushion, the gift will be a 5 dollar gift card.
