Price difference issues

-Amazon & Walmart & Wayfair

 

Scenario: Customer finds a price difference on a product purchased & the order is active on more than one platform within one week of receipt

 

The customer is required to provide evidence of the price difference (screenshot of the price reduction on the product page)

 

After confirming that the order is genuine, the customer will be refunded the difference in price

 

 

 

-Shopify (D2C)

 

Scenario 1: If Amazon/Walmart/Wayfair are active and the standalone site is not

 

The customer is required to provide evidence of the price difference of the product (screenshot of the price reduction on the product page)

 

After confirming that the order is true, refund the customer the difference in price

 

 

 

Scenario 2: the customer finds the purchase of products with price differences & orders within a week of receipt of Shopify (D2C) products have activities

 

The customer is required to provide evidence of the price difference (screenshot of the price reduction on the product page)

 

After confirming that the order is genuine, the customer will be refunded the difference in price
