Price changes

-Amazon/Walmart/D2C

-Situation: A user notices a price reduction on a purchased product and asks if the difference in price can be made up.

1. Ask the customer to provide evidence of a price difference (screenshot of the product price reduction)

2. Ask the customer to provide their order information ➡ Conditions to be met for the price difference: 7-day statute of limitations - (user's order is received within 7 days)

PS: Price changes that are not within 7 days cannot be made up.
