Website Errors
When a customer gives feedback that a front-end web page is wrong and cannot be used properly, please do the following.
- 1. Collect the customer's order number and classify the case as follows

Level 1 Classification | Other/operational issues |
Secondary Classification | Platform issues |
Three-level classification | Website error |
Problem description | Brief description of the problem encountered by the client |
2. confirming the link to the website used by the client and testing whether they have the same problem using it themselves.
If the problem is the same, advise the customer to wait while we contact the person in charge of operations to confirm the website problem.
If it is normal for your own use, advise the customer to change the network or time period to test.
