Customer requests an invoice --- If the customer does not provide an order number, the customer needs to provide an order number first --- Go to shopify and search for the corresponding order number, download the PDF version of the invoice and send it to the customer --- Case completed

Customer asks for invoice - let customer download it from order page - case closed

Wayfair orders Request an invoice

The wayfair platform sends them to the customer 

Walmart orders Request an invoice

Customers are advised to approach the Walmart platform to request an invoice
