Installation problems

When a customer gives feedback that there are installation problems with a product, such as a synchronizer bar that will not fit, caster installation, etc., please perform the following actions.

1.categorise the case as follows

Case Categories

Level 1 Classification    Other/operational issues

Secondary Classification    Installation issues

Levels 3 classification    /

Problem description    Brief description of the cardinal points encountered by the client

2. Refer to the manual on the right side of Gorgias 👇 and send the installation instructions to guide the customer through the installation (if there is no manual pop-up, please contact Li Yu to add it)

Or go to the front-end sales page of the product and provide an installation video to the customer.
