• FBA orders: Fulfillment by Amazon
• FBA orders are placed in Amazon warehouses, and then managed and dispatched by Amazon, Amazon is responsible for the complete delivery of the goods.

FBM orders:  shipped by the seller

shipped by the seller and the seller is responsible for all logistics issues.

·How to distinguish between FBA orders and FBM orders

· The order that shows the logistics provider as FBA on the sidebar and can't see the tracking number is the FBA order

· The order that shows the logistics provider as FBM on the sidebar and has the tracking number displayed is the FBM order.

Delivery time issues 

If the customer wants to schedule a delivery or receipt time

1) For orders that have been shipped, we regret that we are unable to schedule a delivery time.

2) We can arrange delayed shipment for customers for orders that have not been shipped. 

However, please note: Customers need to be informed that the delayed delivery may result in the possibility of the product being out of stock by then.

If the customer accepts this, you can tell the customer the approximate delivery time needed based on the delivery time frame for each country below and confirm with the customer when the order will be shipped.
