Factory differentiation methods
The factory where the large lift table products are manufactured can be identified through 3 sources.
Specific error codes, ERPSKU, photos of hand controls
*For practical implementation, it is recommended to combine the physical photo of the controller + ERPSKU to ensure accuracy
1. Description of unique fault codes
Only applicable for each factory-specific fault code, limited by the accuracy of the customer's description.
Factory | Specific error codes | Description |
DWK | E-1, E-2, E-3, E-4, E-5, dut | Code with res alternating flashing. |
AGE | None | This mode cannot be identified. |
JCH | None | This mode cannot be identified. |
MDW | E08, H01, F02, F04 | Two different hand controllers exist and need to be handled differently. |
HEZ | HEZ E13~E18, E43, 131 | Special code customer complaints are rare |
2. ERPSKU
Gorgias sidebar is automatically populated with factory options by entering ERPSKU.
For some ERPSKU, there may be multiple factory options, need to refer to scheme 3.
3. Appearance of the controller (or keypad)
Please ask the customer for help to provide a photo or video of the controller to confirm.
*Mentioned the controller design mode when replacing, the controller box and keypad need to apply separately.
